The meeting was called to order at 9:05 p.m. EDT.
President’s Report
There was nothing new to report.
Secretary’s Report
April minutes were approved by Pat and seconded by Lisa.
Treasurer’s Report
The report was discussed (see attachment for 1 March–31 May, 2015). Approved by Shauna and seconded by Lisa. Passed.
Development Committee Report
No new information.
MAF & LMRG Update
Pat will go to a MAF meeting 25–27 June, 2015, in Denver, Colorado.
Lisa discussed the Haemonchus vaccine study and use of the vaccine in South Africa. There is a recommendation to use it every six weeks after an initial series. There may be a chance to make arrangements to get some vaccine to try in the USA. Lisa will pursue this.
There was review of a research proposal dealing with some new techniques needed to be used to complete the study.
Camelid Health Initiative
No new information.
New Business
We have shifted from a Private Foundation to a Public Charity. Being a Public Charity is more suitable for ARF. This will allow matching funds from businesses or organizations.
Patricia has been updating the website.
Pat discussed the South American nutrition study.

The next meeting was scheduled for Monday, August 10, 2015, at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
Pat moved to adjourn the meeting, Karen seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 9:34 p.m. EDT.
