President’s Report
Discussion of time schedule for proposals received. Everyone should let Abe know which ones they want to review for the June meeting.
Secretary’s Report
February 17, 2020, minutes taken by Shauna were approved by Pat and seconded by Patricia.
Treasurer’s Report
See attached report for 1 February – 31 March, 2020. Pat explained expenses and income. Motion to approve by Karen, and seconded by Shauna.
New Business
Abe discussed fund raising and a possible webinar.
Meeting Wrap
The next meeting will be Monday, June 15, 2020, at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
Pat moved and Shauna seconded to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned, with all in favor, at 9:29 p.m. EDT.
