April 12, 2021, minutes taken by Karen were approved by Pat and seconded by Shauna.
Treasurer’s Report
See report for 1 April – 31 May 2021. Pat explained expenses and income. Motion to approve by Karen and seconded by Abe.
Old Business
Pat discussed Cooperative Agreement with MAF.
New Business
Proposals were reviewed. Shauna Brummet sadly decided to end her term on the ARF Board.
