ARF Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
Present: Abe Rosenbloom, Lisa Williamson, Karen Baum, Patricia Craven, Randy Larson, and Michelle Ing.
Absent: Pat Long.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. PST.
October Minutes: Karen moved to approve the October minutes. Randy seconded. Unanimous approval.
Treasurer's Report: Pat presented the treasurer's report for the last two months. For details, please see the complete report. Karen moved to approve both reports, and Randy seconded. Unanimous approval.
Development Committee Report: The ARF annual appeal letter will go out tomorrow. The VAOBA auction is next weekend and there are two items consigned to benefit ARF. The two herdsires for the ARF super stud raffle are: (Suri Herdsire) Diamonte of PVA donated by Erin Williams-Kerns and Glenn Kerns of AJ's Alpaca Ranch in Navarre, OH. (Huacaya Herdsire) Snowmass Royal Challanger donated by Pamela Brewster of Stillmeadow Farm in Stonington, CT.
MAF & LMRG Update: Pat reports that 100 proposals were reviewed and 50 were selected.
New Business: Six new pre-proposals were reviewed.
The next meeting was scheduled for January 13, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. PST.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m. PST. Karen moved to adjourn and Pat seconded.
