The meeting was called to order at 9:10 p.m. EST. Abe Rosenbloom, Pat Long, Patricia Craven, and Randy Larson were in attendance. Michelle Ing and Karen Baum were absent. Robin Gifford, Executive Director of the Alpaca Owners Association was also present.
There was a discussion of how AOA and ARF could cooperate for the benefit of both associations. Robin then left the meeting.
President’s Report
No news.
Secretary’s Report
A motion was made by Pat to approve the October minutes and seconded by Randy. The minutes were unanimously approved.
Treasurer’s Report
Pat presented the Treasurer’s Report. A motion to approve was made by Patricia and seconded by Randy. The report was unanimously approved following the correction of a typographical error.

The next meeting will be Monday, January 23, 2023, at 9:00 p.m. EST.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:39 p.m. EST.
