Secretary’s Report
February 15, 2021, minutes taken by Patricia were approved by Pat and seconded by Shauna.
Treasurer’s Report
Pat Long presented the Treasurer’s Report for 1 February – 31 March, 2021. Motion to approve by Karen and seconded by Patricia.
Old Business
Pat discussed Cooperative Agreement with MAF.
New Business
A proposal was reviewed.

The next meeting will be Monday, June 14, 2021, at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
Pat moved and Karen seconded to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned with all in favor at 9:52 p.m. EDT
