ARF Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

January 13, 2014

Present: Abe Rosenbloom, Lisa Williamson, Pat Long, Karen Baum, Patricia Craven, and Michelle Ing.

Absent: Randy Larson.

The meeting was called to order at 6:09 p.m. PST.

November Minutes: Abe moved to approve the November minutes. Karen seconded. Unanimous approval.

Treasurer's Report: Pat presented the treasurer's report and the budget was discussed for 2014. For details, please see the complete report. Karen moved to approve the report, and Patricia seconded. Unanimous approval.

Development Committee Report: Decision was made to tape Pat drawing the winning numbers for the ARF Annual Stud Raffle and have it played on facebook and the website. Deb is working on an ad for the herdsire issue and the Appleton article. They will request Susan Tornquist to write an article for the next issue on what has already been done and what future plans are for her research.

The next meeting was scheduled for Febrary 17, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. PST.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m. PST. Pat moved to adjourn the meeting and Karen seconded.
