The meeting was called to order at 9:03 p.m. EDT.
President’s Report
There will be at least one extra full proposal to be sent in which could not make the April 1 preproposal deadline.
Secretary’s Report
January 23, 2023, minutes taken by Karen were approved by Pat and seconded by Randy.
Treasurer’s Report
See attached report for 1 January, 2023 – 31 March, 2023. Pat explained expenses and income. Some of the funds have been put into CDs. Motion to approve by Randy and seconded by Patricia.
New Business
Preproposals were reviewed.
Meeting Wrap
The next meeting will be Monday, June 19, 2023, at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
Karen moved and Pat seconded to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned, with all in favor, at 10:04 p.m. EDT.
