The meeting was called to order at 9:05 p.m. EDT.
President’s Report
The meeting was changed to June 6 instead of May 16 because Pat was stranded in Italy. AOA board members are due to join our call tonight.
Secretary’s Report
April 11, 2022, minutes taken by Karen were approved by Pat and seconded by Patricia.
Treasurer’s Report
See attached report for 1 March—30 April, 2022. Pat explained expenses and income. Motion to approve by Patricia and seconded by Karen.
Old Business
Abe discussed the demise of the Cooperative Agreement with Morris Animal Foundation (MAF). Our funds at MAF will be transferred back to ARF.
New Business
Proposals to ARF will be due September 1, 2022. The proposals will be reviewed by January 1, 2023. The website will be updated. Next year preproposals will be due April 1, 2023.
Meeting Wrap
The next meeting will be Monday, August 15, 2022, at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
