BOD Meetings
ARF Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
Present: Abe Rosenbloom, Lisa Williamson, Pat Long, Karen Baum, Patricia Craven, Randy Larson, and Michelle Ing.
The meeting was called to order at 6:09 p.m. PDT.
February and March Minutes: Randy moved to approve and Pat Seconded. Unanimous approval.
Treasurer's Report: Randy Moved to approve and Karen seconded approval with a March correction. Unanimous approval.
Development Committee Report: Patricia said the development committee is working on an ARF Sustainer (monthly contribution promoting) Patricia and Sue will attend the AOBA annual conference in Denver.
MAF & LMRG Update: Pat will attend the June meeting in Denver.
Camelid Health Initiative: Pat reports that Darby and Barb Baker have posted an update on Facebook.
New Business: 4 Pre-proposals were reviewed.
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday May 14, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. PDT. Pat moved to adjourn the meeting. Karen seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:09 p.m. PDT.
