Secretary’s Report
April 13, 2020, minutes taken by Karen were approved by Pat and seconded by Shauna.
Treasurer’s Report
Pat discussed change from Private Foundation to a Public Charity. If shopping on Amazon Smile can contribute to charity of choice. We can be designated since we are a Public Charity. See attached report for 1 April– 31 May, 2020. Pat explained expenses and income. Motion to approve by Patricia, and seconded by Shauna.
New Business
Patricia discussed a webinar series in which we can highlight what ARF has accomplished. It will be broadcast July 15, 2020. Registration will be through: Mourne Alpacas. Proposals were reviewed.
Meeting Wrap
The next meeting will be Monday, August 17, 2020, at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
Pat moved and Shauna seconded to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned, with all in favor, at 10:29 p.m. EDT.
