President’s Report
Abe presented the president’s report.
Secretary’s Report
Minutes of the last meeting were approved unanimously. Pat made the motion and Patricia seconded it.
Treasurer’s Report
Pat presented the Treasurer’s report. Karen moved to approve the treasurer’s report and Abe seconded the motion.
Meeting Wrap
The next meeting was scheduled for 9/18/2023 at which time we expect to have received some proposals to review.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:22 p.m. EDT.
