The meeting was called to order at 9:16 p.m. EDT.
President’s Report
No report.
Secretary’s Report
January 14, 2019, minutes were approved by Patricia and seconded by Pat.
Treasurer’s Report
See attached report for December 2018, and January and February 2019. Motion to approve by Karen, and seconded by Patricia.
MAF & LMRG Update
Pat discussed a possible press release.
New Business
Pat and Randy spoke with a researcher from Australia.
There was a discussion about producing an updated brochure.
New editor for Alpacas Magazine is Jared Johnston.
Some fundraising ideas were discussed. We changed from a private to a public foundation so we could receive matching funds from certain entities. We are in a five year transition period.

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 13, 2019, at 9:00 p.m. PDT. Pat moved to adjourn the meeting, Patricia seconded with all in favor at 9:57 p.m. PDT.
