August 17, 2020, minutes taken by Michelle were approved by Patricia and seconded by Pat.

Treasurer’s Report

See attached report for 1 October–31 October, 2020, and 1 August–30 September 2020. Pat explained the expenses and income. Motion to approve by Randy and seconded by Patricia.

New Business

Pat discussed MAF review of proposals submitted to each species. Pre-proposals submitted to ARF were reviewed.

Meeting Wrap

The next meeting will be Monday, February, 2021, at 9:00 p.m. EST.

Pat moved and Michelle seconded to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned will all in favor at 10:10 p.m. EST.
