President Abe Rosenbloom called the meeting to order at 9:12 p.m. EST.
Secretary’s Report
Abe moved and Pat seconded the motion to approve the minutes from our last meeting.
Treasurer’s Report
Abe moved and Patricia seconded the motion to approve the treasurer’s report.
Business
The board discussed the cooperative agreement with Morris Animal Foundation (MAF). The MAF portal is set to open on April 1 with proposal review scheduled for August.
Patricia stated that Curtis Youngs and Andy Merriwether had agreed to write articles about their ARF-funded studies for Alpacas Magazine.
The board discussed asking AOA to send out a donation letter to their membership. Abe will write a draft. Patricia will check on the status of check-off donations on the AOA membership renewal and alpaca registration forms.
