The meeting was called to order at 9:05 p.m. EDT.
President’s Report
There was nothing new to report. Abe asked Patricia to take minutes.
Secretary’s Report
Minutes from April 16, 2024: Pat moved to approve and Abe seconded.
Treasurer’s Report
Pat presented the report and discussed the interest being earned by ARF funds in CD’s and money market funds. Abe moved to approve the treasurer’s report and Patricia seconded.
Old Business
No discussion.
New Business
There was some discussion about the naming of the anticipated test for meningeal worm that is being developed by Antoinette Marsh at Ohio State University. The project is being administered by ARF and funded by GALA. Pat will contact GALA to see if they would like to include their name with ARF’s on the new test.
